8. Reset voicemail password in Service Provider portal.
9. Forward calls to other phone devices.

11. Add mobile hotspot feature to a user’s account.

MDM (AirWatch/VMware Workspace One)

1. Create Basic user account.
2. Create Directory user account.
3. Track location of mobile devices.
4. Enroll an Android mobile device in AirWatch or VMware Workspace One MDM.
5. Enroll Apple mobile devices in Apple’s DEP (Device Enrollment Program).
6. Wipe a lost mobile device.

9. Create or import custom apps in Workspace One portal.
10. Purchase an app for deployment to mobile devices.

12. Create User Groups, assign them to Smart Groups to be assigned to profiles.
13. Create child organizational groups (OG) under the root OG to manage different departments or divisions.
14. Setup SAML 2.0 with AzureAD for SSO using on-premises LDAP (ADDS).
15. Setup SAML 2.0 with AzureAD for SSO using Azure cloud LDAP (Azure ADDS).
16. Setup SAML 2.0 with AWS for SSO.
17. Setup AirWatch Cloud Connector (ACC) on-premises server and connect with AirWatch/ Workspace One SaaS portal.
18. Setup Workspace One to connect with Google Account to allow for the pushing of apps through Google Play store to Android mobile devices.
19. Create a Workspace One Support ticket.
